We are an independent tax advisory company from Wroclaw. We advise our clients so as to give them tax certainty and represent them so they can fully focus on their business.
We believe that an advisor should always consider the client’s business characteristics when providing tax solutions. We speak from experience. During our many years spent in the Big Four advisory firms, we have been working with both Polish and foreign entrepreneurs and public entities on the most demanding of cases.
We have established Lighthouse Tax to work with you directly. If we cannot help, we will tell you that. We have decided to focus on tax law because difficult and important cases require specialization, care and time. They also require people who like to help – and this is what you can expect from us.

Services
We deal with tax law – that is the cornerstone of what we do. We can provide you with:
We offer comprehensive tax audits; we identify irregularities and savings; we help to enhance the tax accounting processes to mitigate the risk of errors; we secure the approach applied (individual tax rulings); we help to create, implement and verify companies’ tax procedures.
We will be happy to hear about your business and look for tax savings; in such projects we always put your safety first; we can also verify if your tax planning does not fall under anti-tax avoidance rules.
We will help you both in your everyday contacts with the tax office and in the course of the most demanding tax inspection; if necessary, we will take your case all the way to the Supreme Administrative Court; we will establish an effective strategy; we will act as your proxies; we will prepare every formal letter required – we take the burden of the proceedings. Our approach to tax litigation is simple – if possible, tax cases should be closed as soon as possible; we will not encourage you to take the case to court if we can get an acceptable result before the tax authority.
Tax cases are inseparable from penal fiscal law – we never forget this in our advisory; we help you to mitigate the risk of individual responsibility. To reach this goal, we create and implement specific internal procedures; if needed, we represent our clients in penal fiscal proceedings.
The proper functioning of your accounting system not only helps with everyday tax compliance – it also allows to fulfill the Standard Audit File for Tax regulations. We can help you with this.
We assist our clients in transfer pricing matters; we also help to prepare the documentation required by the law in force, both before and after January 1, 2017.
We opt for transparent and simple billing. Whenever possible, we offer a fixed fee for predefined services; we are also open to contingent fees. We are usually able to predict the actions necessary to close your case – we will show you the roadmap and the costs. We also offer ongoing tax advisory services (aka the “tax hotline”) for a flat monthly fee.
Please feel free to contact or meet us over coffee. This is and always will be free of charge – and you will get the chance to know us better.
