Filip Kopacz
managing partner, tax advisor
With over 20 years of experience in the field of taxation, I have managed tax projects for some of the largest companies in southern and western Poland, operating in the manufacturing, services, and financial sectors. In my career, I have also held the position of director at PwC’s Wrocław office, where I contributed to the firm’s tax advisory expertise.
In addition to Lighthouse Tax, I am also actively involved in Lighthouse Accounting Poland, a company that specializes in providing accounting services to foreign-capital clients
I am a graduate of the Wrocław University of Economics, specializing in international trade.
I enjoy traveling, discovering new places, meeting people, and gaining new experiences. I explore mountain trails and forest thickets with a map and compass. I travel around Poland and the surrounding areas by bicycle, and farther regions by motorcycle or local means of transport.

I lead an active lifestyle—cycling in the mountains and running across flat terrain.

I provide tax consulting to both Polish and international companies across various industries, with a focus on indirect taxes and customs. I hold a law degree from the University of Wrocław and an economics degree from the Wrocław University of Economics.
In my personal life, I’m a CrossFit enthusiast.

Piotr Szubert

For nearly 20 years, I have been providing expert tax advisory services, including 9 years at the PwC office in Wrocław. I have successfully represented the interests of the largest taxpayers in Lower Silesia in complex tax disputes, both before tax authorities and administrative courts, including the Supreme Administrative Court.
In my personal time, I enjoy reading insightful reports and fiction books.
I also make time for weightlifting and barbell training to stay in shape.

I have been working in tax advisory for over 10 years and am eager to share the experience I have gained with the junior staff I coordinate. Before joining Lighthouse Tax, I worked at consulting firms such as Rödl & Partner and Olesiński & Wspólnicy. I hold a law degree from the Jagiellonian University. I have been with Lighthouse Tax since 2020 as a tax advisor.
I am passionate about climbing and cross-country skiing.

Anna Skowrońska-Bojarska

I am a tax advisor and a graduate of the Faculty of Law, Administration, and Economics at the University of Wrocław. I have extensive experience in tax advisory, which I gained while working at Deloitte’s Wrocław office, as well as serving as an in-house tax advisor. I joined Lighthouse Tax in August 2024.
In my free time, I focus on relaxation through a good book, movie, playing the piano, or planning my next travels.

Paweł Grad

I completed my law studies at the University of Wrocław (Faculty of Law, Administration, and Economics), where I developed an interest in taxes and served as the president of the Tax Law Student Association. In April 2024, I was officially registered as a tax advisor. I have been part of Lighthouse Tax since August 2019.
In my free time, I explore mountain trails in search of both challenge and relaxation. At home, I unwind on the couch with my loyal companion—Daktyl, the hedgehog. We are both football fans and never miss a match.

I graduated from the University of Wrocław, where I completed my law studies at the Faculty of Law, Administration, and Economics. For several years, I have been specializing in indirect taxes (VAT, excise duty) and customs law. In April 2024, I became a certified tax advisor.
I joined Lighthouse Tax in October 2020.
In my free time, I seek peace in nature. Occasionally, I immerse myself in the world of fantasy through books and video games. I enjoy staying up-to-date with news both locally and internationally and have a strong interest in history and geography.

I have been working in tax advisory and finance since 2021. I hold a degree in Finance and Accounting from the Wrocław University of Economics and the Warsaw School of Economics, specializing in tax advisory. I am currently in the process of obtaining the tax advisor license.
I joined Lighthouse Tax in May 2022.
In my free time, I enjoy reading books, mostly business or crime novels. I am also interested in animal behaviorism.

Katarzyna Raczkiewicz

I have been working as a chief accountant for 20 years. I have gained professional experience in companies of various sizes and business profiles. I have coordinated the work of large teams and have been responsible for the accounting of companies in the retail, leasing, receivables management, and e-commerce sectors. I participated in the process of listing a company on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. I co-founded and managed an Investment Fund Company overseeing Closed-End Funds.
I studied at the Faculty of Engineering and Economics of Industry at the Wrocław University of Economics and at the WSB University (IFRS/IAS in financial reporting).
Currently, I am responsible for providing services to clients of Lighthouse Accounting Poland. I also support Lighthouse Tax clients in projects related to accounting advisory.
When I can, I travel, exploring local attractions and distant corners of the world. It’s not about where, but who you’re with. My favorite activities? Rollerblading and reading (I’m still trying to figure out how to combine them). In winter, I ski, and I swap my rollerblades for ice skates.

Before joining Lighthouse Tax in 2021, I worked as an office manager in large law firms and IT companies for 15 years.
I hold a degree in International Relations from the Cracow University of Economics and a postgraduate diploma in Project Management from Tischner European University.
I take time to celebrate moments. In the mountains, I find peace and solitude. I enjoy feeling the wind in my hair, skiing, and running. I travel the world in search of architectural and culinary gems.

I am a graduate of the University of Wrocław, with degrees in History, Czech Philology, and Pedagogy. For five years, I worked as an administrative assistant at the Marshal’s Office of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship.
I joined Lighthouse Tax in June 2022, bringing my diverse background and administrative expertise to the team.
