We may collect your personal data that you provide us in your business card, e-mail or recruitment application, completed online survey or contact form at www.lhtax.pl, such as forename, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, position, or workplace and other data you provide us in the manner described above. In some situations, e.g., for the purposes of the recruitment process, certain data must be provided to us; in other cases, they are provided to us voluntarily.

We may process the aforementioned data in our capacity as controller in order to perform our services, to provide information, including on current events (e.g., training courses we organise), legislative changes, court rulings or administrative practices, to make offers, to communicate and conduct the recruitment process, as well as to secure our claims. We will process your data only for the period necessary to achieve the aforementioned purposes, unless you object to the processing beforehand.

Our office has a video surveillance system, operating continuously to ensure the safety of persons, the protection of property, the preservation of the confidential nature of information the disclosure of which could expose us to harm, and the safeguarding of claims. The footage is stored for a maximum of three (3) months, is not made available to others during this time, and is only reviewed if necessary.

Your personal data may be transferred to the entities which we use to carry out our work, in particular our subcontractors, providers of IT services (such as hosting, e-mail, or cloud storage services), as well as our affiliates. We respect your privacy and are committed to making every effort to ensure your personal data are adequately protected and kept confidential.

You may object to our processing of your personal data, request restriction of processing, access, rectification, erasure and data portability; please contact us to do so. You can also lodge a complaint with a competent authority.
